Design Consultation
& Site Verification
I will meet with you to discuss the needs and wants of your project. I will visit the existing space(s) in person to take any photos and measurements needed for reference during the design process. Depending on the project I may provide concept photos of other interiors to show inspiration for design elements. You are also welcome to provide me with any inspiration materials you like.
Interior Finishes Drawings
& 3D Renderings
I will use the information gathered during the site verification to create drawings and renderings. Depending on your project these could include finish floor plans, reflected ceiling lighting plans, interior elevations and cabinetry details. You will need to consult with an engineer and/or contractor to verify any proposed mechanical, electrical or structural work in your project.
Materials & Finishes Selection
I will provide the basis-of-design finishes that are used in the drawings and renderings. This information can then be used when selecting and purchasing the actual materials for your project. Where possible I will select finishes that can be sourced locally, but the baseline may differ from actual materials due to availability, cost and/or different product types (e.g. paint).
